Best Body is a comprehensive online program designed by Dr. Rachel Paul, PhD, RD, to empower women to achieve lasting weight loss and gain control over their relationship with food. This user-friendly membership site is optimized for mobile devices, making it convenient for your busy life.
Personalized Plan: You’ll start by creating a plan tailored specifically to your body’s needs, lifestyle, and food preferences. Dr. Paul guides you through this process with video lessons, helping you craft a plan that works for you during the week, weekends, special events, and more.
Easy Meal Planning: The Best Body Meal Planner makes healthy eating a breeze. With an interactive tool offering over 1,600 simple meal, snack, and dessert options, you can either create plans based on what’s in your fridge or follow Dr. Paul’s weekly plans.
Weekly Coaching Calls: Join 2-3 group calls per week with Dr. Paul and her team of coaches. These sessions are designed to address personal challenges and answer your questions. The calls are available at various times to fit your schedule and are recorded for on-demand access via a private podcast.
Mindset Mastery: Gain access to Dr. Paul’s Complete Mindset Mastery Training, where she teaches mindset shifts for handling stress eating, overeating, and other common challenges through engaging video lessons.
Fresh Content Monthly: Each month, enjoy new recipe books, coaching call topics, and other resources focused on timely themes, from boosting confidence in a swimsuit to navigating family gatherings with ease.
Best Body is designed for women aged 18 and above who are ready to lose weight for the last time.
Diet Preferences & Allergies: Whether you’re vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free, Best Body’s meal plans can be easily adjusted to accommodate your preferences or restrictions. However, it is not suitable for strict vegans (those avoiding all animal products).
Medical Conditions: If you have any chronic health issues, such as PCOS, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, or cancer, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it’s recommended to consult your doctor before starting Best Body.
International Participants: Best Body uses whole, real foods, so even if you live outside the US, you should have no trouble finding the necessary ingredients for the meals.
Weight Loss Goals: If you have more than 50 pounds to lose, you’re not alone – many women in the program share similar goals.
Women in Their 40s-60s: Best Body includes a supportive community for women working on pre and post-menopausal weight loss.

This Program Is NOT For: Best Body is not intended for high school students, professional athletes, or individuals with eating disorders or those in recent recovery.

- We host group coaching calls at least twice a week. During these calls, you can raise your hand and get direct coaching from me or one of our trained Best Body coaches.
- You can submit questions within the membership site, and every question is answered weekly.
- Additionally, our Facebook group is available 24/7, where you can ask questions anytime, and either myself or one of our Best Body coaches will respond.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked. If you choose to cancel, you’ll retain access to Best Body until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you have a monthly plan and cancel, you’ll have access until the end of the month. If you have an annual plan and cancel, you’ll have access until the anniversary of your purchase.
